Braven is one of four restaurant concepts inside the JW Marriott hotel in Edmonton’s Ice District. I reviewed it on-air November 27. It’s a grand room with a menu that revolves around steak, chops and seafood, much of that cooked on a beautiful birch wood-burning grill.
