I am lucky to know a very talented artist by the name of Erin Campbell. She does some pretty amazing stuff: sort of cartooney-gothic, quirky, a little weird and very original. The drawing above is of “Mary”, a little girl that Erin created a couple of years ago.
This past December, for Erin’s 16th birthday, her amazingly talented Auntie Cheryl, created a doll from Erin’s Mary drawing. The resemblance is perfect, the detail is crazy. I think we have some very talented people in this family. I also think Erin and Cheryl need to go in to business together !

Erin also works in clay. These little guys here are some of her creations as well.

The striped one is “Ig”, the red one is “Ug”. Not pictured is “Ego”.

This painting “Raising Hell” (above)won 1st prize out of all grade 11 students in 5 Strathcona County schools. Erin thinks outside the box, and I love it.
Her latest creation, Zombie Gurl, is pictured at left.
