I love it when you come across a little place—independent store or restaurant—in small towns. That tells me the owners are salt-of-the-earth, serious about putting down roots, and committed to their community. All that applies to Mandy and Cory Woytkiw, owners of Frickin’ Delights, a donut shop/restaurant in Devon, just southwest of Edmonton.
