Yesterday, on various social media platforms, the founder of Eat Local Magazine, Heather Muse, announced that I would be joining her and her talented team. I’ll be taking on the role of editor, and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
From Heather:
✨Growth✨ Over the last year we have seen a tremendous amount of growth. With the amazing support of you, Edmonton and beyond, we’ve grown from a little seed into a robust fledgeling plant in just over a year. We’re excited to announce that moving forward into 2020 we are growing again and are thrilled to welcome Twyla Campbell @wanderwoman10 to our team as Editor of Eat Local Magazine. Her vast experience and expertise as a writer, epicurean explorer, and the fact that she’s an all-around authentic and amazing person with a heart for people makes her the perfect fit for Eat Local. Join us in welcoming Twyla.
The magazine debuted in the Fall of 2018 and celebrated its sixth issue in December of last year. It’ll remain a quarterly publication filled with gorgeous photographs and stories that highlight the chefs, producers and farmers who contribute to this fantastic food scene of ours. Being that Eat Local comes out every four months, I’ll also keep up with my other freelance writing projects and restaurant reviews for CBC radio in Edmonton.
Here’s to an exciting, enlightening and tasty 2020! Please follow Eat Local on Instagram, Twitter and “like” them on Facebook.
