We started doing the Year in Review for Edmonton restaurants in 2015 on CBC radio. Some years it’s been easy to list restaurants; some years, not so much.
This year, Adrienne Pan, Phil Wilson and I decided to focus on naming a specific dish in certain areas of the city—standouts you’d drive out of your way for—and then one restaurant that we each thought was the Best of the Decade.
