Here’s a great idea: open a restaurant that has a manageable amount of seats and offer a small menu with great product. Oh, and support Alberta craft breweries—because, why wouldn’t you?

Otto menus

Ed Donszelmann has done just that with Otto, a sausage and beer joint in Norwood at 11405 – 95 Street. Over two visits, I tried every sausage on the list: Italian fennel, chorizo verde, merguez, beef bratwurst, currywurst, andouille, and the Otto dog.

Read about it here, on CBC, or listen to my Edmonton AM on-air review with Mark Connolly.
